New ACF Certification Video
Certification through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) is not only a benchmark for personal and professional achievement, but it has also become recognized as a standard of excellence in the industry. Two ACF Chefs share their viewpoints on certification and mentoring in a short video. This is a great tool for chapter leaders to show at monthly meetings to support and encourage certification.

2012 Meeting Schedule
Chef's Move to Schools program is a program that Chef Jason Ziobrowski will coordinate for activities within the various CMS schools starting in January. The first step in our program will be to introduce
3rd graders to the “5 A Day the Color Way.” Chef Jason
Wolf has compiled some information that each Chef will use as a guideline to
work with and present to each class. We hope to enter the classroom before
lunch and work with the school to match our 5 A Day the Color Way to the menu
for that day in the school. We then hope to show students what they can
